update on Isaac:
Isaac is weakening as he encounters increased shear. He has turned towards the north and is fast approaching Newfoundland. Tropical storm warnings have been issued for Newfoundland. Isaac remains a category one hurricane however should drop to a TS this afternoon.
 Much warmer weather will move into the region tomorrow. Highs today will reach the low 60s under partly cloudy skies. tomorrow temps will soar into the upper 60s and then Wednesday we could see highs nearing 75! A storm system will bring rain and embedded thunderstorms to the region Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday evening. The possibility exists for some precip to fall as snow Wednesday Night in the north country. temperatures will fall back to near normal or just below for Thursday into the weekend with highs near 60 and lows near 30. a gradual warming trend will take place starting on Saturday. Sunday will sport highs back up in the mid 60s.
