Well, sometimes the slight chance still happens. Last night, pressure falls in Alabama and Georgia won out the low up in Kentucky. A new low has formed, which is now over the western portion of the border between South Carolina and North Carolina.
Based on latest pressure falls located off the Carolina coast, we may see some good eastward movement before a turn northward. 00z models have shifted back east. So despite the fact that the snow has started to fall in Keene, we STILL have a track forecast that is up in the air.
Strength-wise, the low is doing fine. At 11z, pressure was down to 995mb. This thing will really take off in the next 6 hours. Model forecasts continue to show a sub 980 low somewhere over the northeast, with a couple forecasts going sub 975, and the GEM indicating a 970mb low over NYC! One thing that has been certain for many days now, and is still certain as ever, the northeast is going to be hit hard with 2 to 6 inches of water and winds gusting over 50mph.
Light snow is currently falling in Keene. This will continue for the next 3 hours or so with no accumulation.
Snow will become heavy later this afternoon in Keene. A winter weather advisory remains in effect, and the NWS zone forecast is calling for 4 to 6 inches through tonight. The NWS point forecast is calling for 4 to 7 inches. Looking over the models, I've gone with 4 to 6. The zone forecast has precipitation changing to all rain for Monday. I think we will still have some snow and sleet to deal with in the late afternoon.

In the long term, a pattern change is coming, and believe it or not, spring is right around the corner. Temperatures by the end of the week will be up around 60. The last 5 days of April could average 3 to 5 degrees above normal.
