Great foliage can be found in much of southern Maine, southern Wisconsin, the lower elevations in Vermont, central New York and New York's Hudson River Valley, much of southern New England, northern New Jersey and much of Pennsylvania. These locations are reporting mostly high (61% - 80% change) to peak color. In northern New England and northern New York, peak has passed.
